Late Delivery:

In the case of any delay, the customer has the right to claim compensation. This will be calculated depending on

• Time of delay

You will not be paid for late delivery if any of the following happen.

• If the customer does not get their product on time because of something that they did, then we will give them a refund.

• If you are not happy with the work that was done, you can get your money back. If you tell us why the paper did not meet your standards, we will investigate. You need to make sure to give feedback about your paper. The QA team will look at what percentage of mistakes there were in it and give you a refund for that amount of money.
• You can't use a bad grade as an excuse. But we do want you to look at the drafts we made and they don't need to be submitted.
• If someone says your paper is plagiarized, you need to take a Turnitin report. No other reports can be accepted. If you don't take the Turnitin report, then no compensation is possible.

Refund Processing:

Once the customer gets the refund confirmation, the company will process it within seven days. The company will not be responsible for any fees related to transferring your money or if there is a delay due to other bank issues.
